Asian seasoning

Fish sauce (Nam pla)  
The clear liquid extracted from fermented fish. Good quality fish sauce is clear and has no dregs.
Light soy sauce (Si-iel-khao)  
The Chinese extracted soy sauce is tasty, fragrant and highly nutritious. Simply add a few drops to improve instantly the flavour of foods.
Dark soy sauce (Si-iel-dam)  
This sweet dark soy sauce is the mixture of light soy sauce and molasses.
Oyster sauce (Nam-man-hoi)  
It is a thick brown sauce, salty and sweet taste. Normally used to marinate meat or added to stir-fry.
